The building is located on the Asbury Park boardwalk and the work consisted of exterior and interior face lift to 15,000 sf to be utilized for retail space. The work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, concrete, structural steel, EPDM roofing, interior metal stud wall construction, aluminum doors, metal frames, wood doors, interior finishes, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems and lighting.
