Design and Build of a new two story building approximately 14,400 square feet for school offices, auditorium, science lab and classrooms. The work consisted of complete site work, site electric, handicap access, site concrete, asphalt paving, structural steel, split face masonry, stucco wall system, metal wall panels, EPDM roof system, standing seam roofing, new aluminum doors and windows, interior partitions, elevator, quarry and ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, architectural woodwork, new interior finishes, new systems for HVAC, plumbing, heating, automated temperature controls fire alarm and data/telephone communication.
