Contract was awarded based on past performance and played an integral part in the design of the new Church Complex that included a Sanctuary, Offices, cafeteria, Gymnasium and classrooms. The work consisted of complete site work, site electric, handicap access, site concrete, asphalt paving, structural steel, split face masonry, stucco wall system, metal wall panels, EPDM roof system, standing seam roofing, new aluminum doors and windows, interior partitions, quarry and ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, architectural woodwork, new interior finishes, new systems for HVAC, plumbing, heating, automated temperature controls fire alarm and data/telephone communication.
