Construction of a new 3-story 32,000 sf facility utilized for 20 apartments including offices and retail space. The work consisted of demolition of existing structure, complete site work, site electric, handicap access, site concrete, asphalt paving, wood trusses, brick facade, shingle roof, new aluminum doors and windows, interior partitions, quarry and ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, architectural woodwork, new interior finishes, new systems for HVAC, plumbing, heating, automated temperature controls, fire alarm and data/telephone communication.
