Renovation of an existing 18,000 square foot garage into a school facility that included classrooms, multifunction room and office areas. Construction of a new 2,000 square foot area into classrooms and alteration of the existing 22,000 square foot facility utilized for elementary school this facility is equipped with cafeteria, media room, library and classrooms. The work consisted of site work, site electric, handicap access, site concrete, asphalt paving, structural steel, split face masonry, rubber roof system, new aluminum doors and windows, interior partitions, quarry and ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, architectural woodwork, commercial kitchen, new interior finishes, new systems for HVAC, plumbing, heating, automated temperature controls fire alarm and data/telephone communication. This was a multi prime project
