Scope of work was the renovation and alteration of the 5^th floor B&D wards while the remaining floor was is in full operation. The scope required demolition and removal of existing structures, structural framing, interior partitions,  new aluminum doors, wood doors, ceramic tile,  acoustical ceilings, architectural woodwork, new interior finishes, hospital room equipment, new systems for HVAC, plumbing, heating, automated temperature controls and fire alarm.
