Renovation of the existing 105,000 square foot Municipal Building facility while the building was fully functioning. The work consisted of site work, concrete, handicap access, structural steel, split face masonry, rubber roof system, new aluminum doors and windows, interior partitions, elevator, quarry and ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, architectural woodwork, commercial kitchen, new interior finishes, new systems for HVAC, plumbing, heating, automated temperature controls fire alarm and data/telephone communication.
