Vacant Units at Hightstown Housing Authority

Project Details:

Phase 1: The project consisted of the removal and installation of aluminum windows, metal doors and frames and hardware of five 3-storie buildings and two 2-storie buildings with a total of 120 apartments that included the conversion of 8 units in to handicap accessible and the renovation of 12 apartments. The work included selective demolition and replacement of interior partitions, floor underlayment, aluminum windows, wood & metal doors, vinyl folding doors, frames, hardware, unit masonry, cabinetry, appliances, Painting, VCT, bath accessories, porcelain bathtub surround, plumbing and heating.

Phase 2: The project consisted of the complete interior renovation of five 3-storie buildings and two 2-storie buildings with a total of 100 apartments: The work included selective demolition and replacement of interior partitions, floor underlayment, wood doors, accordion folding doors, hardware, cabinetry, appliances, Painting, VCT, bath accessories, upgrade the existing electric service for the entire complex and each unit, plumbing and heating.
