Interior alterations to the existing 12,000 square foot first floor and complete “fit out” to the existing 14,000 square foot second floor building shell. The work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, concrete, structural steel, EPDM roofing, interior metal stud wall construction, aluminum doors, metal frames, wood doors, interior finishes, architectural woodwork, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems and lighting.

Complete exterior “facelift” consisting of new exterior insulation finish system (EIFS) with cultured stone wainscot, new metal standing seam canopies at the front and rear entrances, resurfacing and expansion of existing parking area and new exterior lighting.
