The work consisted construction of a new two-story slab-on-grade police facility. Construction consists of structural steel frame, concrete, masonry and light gauge steel frame walls with metal deck and concrete slab floor system. Site work included sidewalks, curbs, paving, landscaping, site utilities and generator. MEP work included HVAC, plumbing, heating, automated temperature control system, fire sprinkler, security system and fire alarm system.
